Dr. Steven H. Williams is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the founder and lead surgeon of Tri Valley Plastic Surgery in Dublin, California. With more than two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Williams is nationally recognized for his expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, body, and breast.
Dr. Williams’s commitment to excellence in patient care is rooted in a distinguished academic foundation. He earned his undergraduate degree with honors in Biology from Dartmouth College and went on to complete his medical degree and extensive plastic surgery training at Yale University School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
As a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and Past President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), Dr. Williams has played a pivotal role in advancing both the art and science of plastic surgery. During his leadership with ASPS, he made history as the first African American to serve as President of the world’s largest organization of board-certified plastic surgeons, championing innovation, diversity, and patient-centered care nationwide.
Dr. Williams is known for his personalized approach, blending surgical precision with an empathetic understanding of each patient’s goals.
