  • Chief Executive Officer

    Michael Costelloe is Executive Vice President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a founding executive of ASPS Ventures, LLC. He brings extensive experience in investment evaluation, due diligence, transaction structuring and complex deal execution across multiple sectors.

    He began his career as an attorney and later served as an executive of a private investment organization operating as a family office, with responsibility for portfolio strategy, capital deployment and oversight of portfolio companies. He subsequently joined UPMC, where as Senior Vice President of the International Division, he led healthcare investments, joint ventures and acquisitions in Europe. His work at ASPS Ventures reflects a disciplined, mission-aligned investment approach focused on long-term value creation.


  • Chief Investment Strategist Officer

    Bill Perry is Chief Investment Strategist Officer of ASPS Ventures, LLC, and brings more than 29 years of experience in venture capital, private equity and medical device startups and growth-stage companies. He has extensive expertise in investment evaluation, financial strategy, due diligence and complex transaction execution across the healthcare sector.

    Throughout his career, Bill has held senior leadership roles across domestic and international organizations, including founding and scaling multiple companies. His experience spans business development, fundraising, product commercialization, regulatory and reimbursement strategy and global operations. At ASPS Ventures, he applies a disciplined, strategic investment approach focused on sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    Jennifer Cross is a results-driven operations executive with deep expertise in strategic planning, program development and organizational performance. She has a proven track record of driving growth, improving operational efficiency and enhancing service delivery.

    As Chief Operating Officer, she leads operational strategy and execution, streamlining processes and implementing scalable programs that drive productivity and long-term value. A trusted partner to senior leadership, she is known for building strong teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Jennifer holds an MBA, as well as Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees, and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-ASHA).

  • Chief Financial Officer

    Mark Espinosa is Chief Financial Officer of ASPS and ASPS Ventures, where he leads financial strategy, governance, and operational oversight. He brings deep expertise in financial management, systems optimization and organizational efficiency, with a strong track record of strengthening financial infrastructure and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

    With more than two decades at ASPS, Mark plays a key role in ensuring financial discipline, scalability and long-term sustainability across the organization and its investment activities.
